Plastic interdental wedges with a central retention hole. They compress as they go in and flare once seated, sealing the gingival margin and holding the matrix band tight against the tooth during Class II restorations.
The hole gives cotton pliers a secure grip for placement and removal. Green is the small size, for tighter embrasures such as premolars.
