A side-loading aspirating syringe for local anesthetic, made for standard 1.8 mL cartridges. The 2.5 thumb ring gives a secure grip so you can pull back to aspirate before injecting.
Retract the piston, load the cartridge from the side, engage the harpoon and attach a needle. Clean and sterilize between patients.
